How Can You Make Me Feel This Way
How can you make me feel this way?
It’s been only a short while ‘n’ already I’ve fallin’ harder than the first time.
I don’t know how to take this emotional sway,
You make my heart stop on a dime.
Can you see what you’re doin’ to me?
There’s hardly a moment when I don’t think of you,
Sometimes I wonder if there’s gonna be a fee
That’ll break my heart ‘n’ make it spew.
Is this just a onetime fling,
Before you leave for good?
Is this another time where you’ll spring
Then leave me to drown in my flood
Of tears.
Will you make my worst fear
Come alive?
Or will we strive?
You know me better than anyone,
Don’t let me die.
Is this how its s’posed to be?
Or will it go to waste?
‘n’ leave me to burn.
