A: "Get out of the abusive relationship and turn your abuser over to the proper authorities. Your life may be in jeopardy, and so you should seek sanctuary. Forgiving some one doesn't mean you should continue to let them harm you or your loved ones." Q: "What about habitual sins especially those over an extended period of time?" A: "If you confess your sins He is willing to forgive you your sins even to them who believe on his name." "You rely upon his powerful strength instead of your own. But don't play games with God, be honest and sincere about them." Q: "What about any addictive habits or substance abuse problems?"
