How are we being breathed
Reflect awhile, think
How is breath being renewed
Who enjoys the cappuccino we drink
Fears that arise are in time subdued
Our attitude undergoes a change
Love and light are imbued
Feeling magnetism strange
It’s clear we are not body-mind
Awareness expands cognitive range
Eye becomes mindful and touch kind
Thoughts mostly remain at rest
Concepts are left behind
In the cave of heart, God does nest
His heartbeat resounds in our chest
