How a Hiatus Hernia Feels

If Jane carries heavy bags She feels sharp pain Whether she sits up Or laying in bed Heaviness she feels A rock on her chest This is called a Hiatus hernia In time it gets worse It'll be hard to breeze That is when relief is found Surgery is done So until that time comes Jane has to wait For the surgery To relieve her pain

Hello Mike,you had your hernia since birth! Wow! Mine is only I have had mine since 2014. I feel the heaviness of my hernia when i lay down to sleep.I wish you good health my friend. xxx-ooo.

Hello my friend.Yes at times it is painful. I must be careful not to lift anything too heavy because that would set it off.God Bless you my friend.
