House Vote From Hell

'Words are my oxygen, I breathe to live'

Reason took a break today
Just long enough for evil to sway

The vote in question protected you
From keeping groundwater a slimy blue

Fracture away the house did say
Profits trump sanity, bribery belay

Tho elected to serve, me and you
Majority laughed, now drink from the loo!

"See, we can fix the elections, glory be!
To those who hold power, money is free!"

Corruption runs wild in this fair land
Globalist run congress with a heavy hand

No one will notice, 'till the water spews
From your hoses in flames, devils dues

By then the handwringers; will line up
Asking tough questions, bank acc'ts plump

Paul Revere rides! the people are awake!
Sound alarms to your friends, or attend
their wake...

I share your view and appreciate the effort it took to put it into rhyming couplets. - Gary

James, this is powerful, and raises questions, about how superficial the world is... Hope you are well.. LINDA
