House of Love

do you live in a moment in a glance?
is that enough for me to take a chance
are you born out of the touch of a hand?
why should it be so hard to understand?

that looks like a castle with walls so high
a drawbridge reaching right up to the sky
just give me a chance to enter your home
lead me to my opposing chromosome

the Pacific was not filled in a day
I’m hoping that drops will turn to a spray
and that a flood will force us to embark
and travel in the legend of Noah’s ark

living in our house, this is where it starts
growing a love hurricane in our hearts.
