Hounds Pt 2

My dearest Jitterbug, The demon driver has eventually taken you, As inevitably we both knew it would. The spirit killer took you in its grasp, Something I know you understood. Your shadow ultimately let you fall, To end all your turmoil and pain. The venom injector knew you could no longer fight, So it freed you from your constraints. The only mercy you have ever known, Appeared as the hateful soul snatcher. It saw the end in your beautiful eyes, And came back as the haunting death catcher. I hope it came to you quickly, With its dirty deeds and dirty tricks. There was no way for you to break free, The hounds inescapably giving you one final and fatal fix. You challenged all its powers, It was your master, and you it’s slave. ‘Try me once and your soul belongs to me, Don’t fear being lonely, as I’ll walk with you to your grave’. I’ll give you hellish nightmares, While you lie sweating in bed. Jitterbug legs torturously thrashing, I’ll be the evil voice inside your head. I’ll show you more pain, Than your deepest betrayal. I will bring you to your knees, Making you forever weak and frail. I’ll take and I’ll take, Until there’s nothing more to give. And when I’m through with my little game, You’ll be grateful I didn’t let you live.
