It's pretty hot here on the prairies right now.The sun is really beating down and there hasn't been that much rain. Pretty soon I guess they will be issueing water bans to conserve needed water. That means also that cattle will be suffring in need of water and the crops won't be very good. A pretty scarey time for the farmers and if we are smart for us as well because when they can't grow the crops or raise the meat we all suffer. A country gets by on the back of the farmer.
Oh Boy! Oh WoW!
It's sure hot out there!
It near sears the lungs,
To just breathe the air.
Can't walk the dog,
'Cause the sun's baked the streets.
Can't go for a ride,
'Cause the sun's baked the seats.
Had the family over,
For a back yard treat.
On the way to the grill,
The sun burnt the meat;
So I brought out the hose,
To let the kids play,
But that doggone sun,
Evaporated the spray;
So I threw up my hands,
Went inside, guess I'm beat,
Can't do nothin' but sweat,
In this doggone hot heat.
