Horn Christmas Season Poem
Horn Christmas Season Poem
Soldiers sailed home from across the sea;
They did protect and defend you and me,
So here at home we were safe and sound;
Our freedom and liberty flowing all around.
How brave and honorable they had been;
Integrity and independence did defend;
Were returning home as a loyal winner;
Enjoy with family a Thanksgiving dinner.
Delightful Christmas returned from behind;
Chris Cringle had come courteous and kind;
He was seen bending down on each knee
Placing many gifts under decorated tree.
Should have seen deer pulling slick sleigh,
From high up in the clear air and far away;
Came to our homes with many more gifts,
And our souls and spirits surely always lifts.
Always is season when we want to inspire,
Whole wide world with all of its entire;
From us happy feelings pour and pour,
While we worship God more and more.
