Hoping For a Once Sunny Love
Why has the sky turned grey
Is it because of the mistakes I made
A thousand words but nothing to say
Starring at night watching my life fade
Tears of sadness drown me out
Black skies full of fear
Heart broken without a doubt
Praying for a miracle to appear
Soulless air full of grief
Lightning strikes from above
Looking back with disbelief
Hoping for a once sunny love
