Hope Floats

Frail hearts’ bond fractures Hope’s glacier slips ‘neath cold sea Chilled memories drift away Frozen dreams sever Forever vows abandoned Titanic phenomenon Healing ebbs and flows Suicidal solitude Hope struggles, floats to surface Yes, the sun still shines Hold close faith’s life preserver Live to welcome love again

Faith is a powerful life preserver and fractures are healed with time....This is a great analogy with reference to glaciers..I feel coolness and almost like drowning at the beginning....at the end I feel an end to hopeless despair. Thanks for sharing this inspiring entry. You will do very well. I am sure of it. Also, thanks for spending so much time and energy on an entry for the Tongue Twister Challenge. It has been way too much fun reading the anonymous entries. Gwendolen
