Hope and Dreams

Lost my dreams, Lost my hope, That used to comfort me, To help me cope, With my slipping life line, That is held by one's hands, That was lathered in soap, That was lathered in blood, From the heavenly palms of God, That lies above, My angel wings, That resembles a city dove, However it was broken, So it would not allow me to find the love, That would regain the hope, And dreams, That I dreamed of.
