Hope
Some people feel that there is no hope,
For when they touch down disgusted and broke!
The Lord is ALWAYS here to make a way,
Even when you wonder how you made it to this very day.
God is love, and love is God,
I thought you knew that two peas came in that pod!!
Never ever think that you're alone,
Even when you don't have anyone to call on the telephone.
I'm not perfect, or do I claim to be,
I just want to believe in the Lord the way that He believes in me!!!
It's never easy to walk the right path,
Say no to the wrong and crack a laugh.
God will never turn you down,
Keep your faith and stand your ground.
It'll be alright and it will be okay,
Trust me when I say that God is here to stay!!
