Hope
Hope is the beacon on a dark and lonely beach
Whispering softly to you, I am within your reach
The single star that twinkles in the vastness of the night
It takes your hand and leads you to the new dawn's breaking light
It’s the gentle flame that flickers from the candle of your soul
That wraps it's light around you and makes your feel whole
It’s the belief that God is present in every moment of our life
giving us the sunshine to take away our strife
Hope is the lamp God holds for us when we have lost our way
his promise to be with us to guide us every day.
