Really enjoyed your poem Ann as I can so easily relate to it as, like you, I too love theatre. In my youth, my haunting ground was mostly Shaftesbury Avenue in the West End! A few weeks ago, I saw a wonderful production in Windsor. I love the lines’ so many stars shine in his eyes’ Your lovely poem reminded me so much of why I love live performance. Enjoy your visits. Thank you for sharing. Have a lovely day. :):)

Thankyou so much Christina for your visit and so pleased you enjoyed my poem. Saw Joe Hisaishi at Wembley with my dear grandson now 25 and it was truly magnificent. As you say there is nothing like a live performance. Many thanks for your comments my friend. With kindest thoughts Ann xx

Dear Ann, how I miss the theatre. I used to attend most of the plays in the West End. Now I can see them only on YouTube when they post them.

Dear Victor, I too love the theatre for, there is nothing like seeing a live performance is there? Tomorrow I am going to see Joe Hisaishi perform at Wembley Arena, and on Sunday I will be seeing the London Philharmonic Orchestra perform at my local theatre in Eastbourne. I am so excited... I do hope you are on the mend my friend. Take care, with kindest thoughts Ann x
