Honor True Heroes

Before you are flippant to an old wrinkled soul. Remember they were once innocents, barely 18 years old. Ill trained, unprepared, sent abroad, to a land unseen. To fight for our freedom. The biggest war ever seen. Through hunger, fear, and wet tired feet. They marched through the mud to try and defeat. The enemy who would kill their bunkmates and brothers. If no battle who knows just how many others. These boys died and cried in trenches dug deep. So you and your family, tonight you can sleep. Please show respect to every Vet, met and unmet. They fought our fights, lest we forget.
