Honey Moon On Moon
Our spacecraft is fast proceeding
towards nearest neighbour Moon right
where we have planned to celebrate
Sweetest Honey Moon night.
Sky to look dark pitch black at space
as is shown in natural hue,
though atmosphere of earth reflects
the sky in cerulean view.
Space travel makes us realize
the emptiness so wide and vast.
Earth’s sky appears as a blue strip.
Safely landed on Moon at last.
Time was night on that region,
As expected , Sky was pitch black.
No air, no oxygen to breathe,
but we have oxygen back pack.
Full Earth was illumined to glow
From Moon seen as a Full Earth night
Size shown four times bigger than of Moon,
also looking seventy times bright.
My sweetheart was blooming
in intense illumination.
Full Earth showered bright light
on lovely appreciation.
We murmured, whispered, voiced thought.
No air flow to propagate sound.
We yelled utmost, nothing is heard,
Yet we enjoyed and talked loud.
Moon surface : rough, full of craters
devoid of atmosphere.
We carried our useful stuff
and have enjoyed two days there.
Adieu Space! Adieu Moon! Adieu Sky !
Mother Earth will call us too soon
to greet with air, and greenery.
From Earth we will like to watch Moon.
