The Whiskey Taster’s Flavor Guide

Honey Be Mine

I’ve drafted a petition of household wishes,
Like never cleaning bathrooms or doing dishes.
The beds are always freshly made. The windows always shine.
Oh, honey, be mine.

Oh, honey, be mine. Let’s use our imagination.
Oh, honey, be mine. We’ll pretend we’re on vacation.
I can picture us just smilin’ on some tropical island.
Drop that laundry in a pile and honey be mine.

We’ll swim among a jumble of midnight coral;
Spread a blanket on the beach and act immoral.
We’ll contemplate the sunrise looking through a glass of wine.
Oh, honey, be mine.

Oh, honey, be mine when the night is hot and sticky.
Oh, honey, be mine when the moon looks like a hickey.
On a great big ocean liner, on a slow boat to China,
On a La-Z-Boy recliner, honey be mine.
