Honesty

It’s not easy to be honest
The simplest questions are hard
One’s like, what do you really want
How can I honestly answer
Not knowing what want even means
Things are relative and fluid
Understand- things change all the time
Fragrances transform into thoughts
Thoughts transform into images
Images are hopes in my mind
What of honesty- it’s a word
What of words- can they be honest
It’s difficult to be honest

But there are wants everybody shares: to love and be loved, the search for happiness, and to be of influence upon others. In what way of course can be debatable. Thought provoking write, David!
