Honest Prayer To God
Lord I pray to you tonight
My heart is not right
Loneliness has takin over my life
The last thing I want to see
Is my best friend with her boy friend
And I’m the one complaining about how people are jealous
Of me
Please help me change my way of thinking
Hate the way I feel
Being honest with myself and with you
Being real
Please help me change the way I’m thinking lord
Can’t keep feeling like this anymore
Don’t want to go out on dates
I guess I’m scared
Looking everywhere just for the wrong guy
When I should be waiting and focused on you
For the right guy
Lord hear my cry
As I pray to you tonight
I love you Lord
Thank you for being there for me
Everything will get better
