Homeward Bound

Would you walk from east to west Or vice-versa, there and back Would you take the smooth highway Or the lesser used old track Of course there are other ways For travelling far and wide It's all found in the journey And on what one will decide Some days you'll be far away And you may wake up alone But you'll find a direction As you meander and roam The footprints you follow Are from histories renowned They will guide you truly As you are heading homeward bound
