Homeless Man

Poem: Homeless Man

Hey!!

Don't try
to get

into
my head -

You'll just
become
judge mental,

So
take
my advice:

Let
me be -

I know
you
want to

psycho-analyse
me,

But,

You'll
never find
what

you're looking
for

through
this

maze
of
jungle,

In
my brain -

Right now,
my
reality
is:

Survival -

Everyday
I "must"

fight-off
the
predators,

here
in
the jungle....

It's
my life,

from
Sun to Sun -

Now
here you
come,

good
Samaritan -

Do
yourself
a
favour,

Go back
to
your

sprawling
paradise,

and

Leave me
be,

out
in these

mean
horrible streets-

Don't try
to

get
in
my head -

deep and sad Ken - we are lucky here on our Island and there are no visibly homeless people on the streets:-) hugs Jan xx

Hello Jan, thank you as always for your thoughtfulness. You told me once, but, what Island are you from? Always Ken
