Homeless
Cold and hungry
As he tried to keep himself warm,
Tears fell down his mucky face,
Years of been homeless told the tail,
How could this young educated man,
One day just disappear,
Never to be seen again by his family,
Dead or alive they didn’t know,
Why did he walk out that day,
What had driven him to despair,
Was it some kind of breakdown,
Unable to cope with life,
Nobody knew his unhappiness,
His parents looked for years,
Always believing in that day,
There he was all alone,
Scavenging like a wild animal,
Waste food anything he could find.
Huddled by himself keeping warm,
The wind blew as he shivered,
He had walked for miles,
In them ten-year,
He heard music coming from a mission,
They were giving soup and bread,
He warmed his hand around the cup,
A lady came up to him,
She asked if she could help him,
He said yes!
