Have you ever had a day where everything goes wrong?
One, despite you gallant efforts; you hear the same old song!
Most likely there are things that are beyond your control,
Eating constantly at your psyche, your mind’s in a choke hold!
Sweat flowing from your brow, wiping tears from your eyes,
What can you do, except thank God, that you are alive!
Everything happens for a reason, your destiny is in your hands,
Events of the past, must remain as such, it’s time to take command!
Today is the beginning of the rest of your life, move on and start anew!
Human nature has equipped us with the ability to understand, that,
Overcoming the obstacles in front of us is part of the master plan.
Making the best of everyday, remembering, “this too shall pass!”
Eventually you’ll realize that the yesterdays are part of your past!
