Some say home is where the heart is
Some say it's wherever your hat is laid
I say home is that special place
Wherever you find your way
It might be where you find comfort
With friends and family
It might be where you find your soul
In its sweet mystery
It might be the silent reverie
In dark nights under the stars
It might be the ocean or waterfalls
Or maybe the wide desert spaces far
No matter where it takes you
I hope you'll find your place
Because every single one of us
Deserves that warm embrace
Our tribe that gives us acceptance
Our soul ties that connect us eternally
Our love seen in the eyes of others
Our blessings made all so real
In every one of us there remains
A piece of all the love we shared
No matter where it kisses your soul
Or lays it completely bare
I hope you'll never give up on it
Finding your way back home
Home will always be that special place
With love to call your own
