An explosion occurred at the nearby car plant
In a road where my son often jogs
He isn’t today, he says that he can’t
Cos it’s raining Datsun cogs.

Lol, good one Terry, I bet many won't get it though, we used to have a datsun cherry then they changed the name to Nissan. Happy New Year, we're staying at home this year, its not worth the risk. Tom

Aha, apparently, Datsun as a brand was reintroduced in the 80s but killed off again. Of course, my punchline is way older even than that…. Hmm what to do, what to do… explanatory note or something new… I’ll think on it. ;-)

I once had a Nissan Sunny…. As soon as I went over 70 the entire body shell would undulate cos it was like tin foil. I had a feeling that Datsun was still Datsun in the States… maybe I’m wrong. I’ll visit Mr Google. Cheers Tom. Have a great new year. Terry
