Holly Roses

The holly stands, still as a candle;

Lights the winter dark with roses.

A still white cloud hangs over

Its  mirror flashes low sun

A cat stands,puzzled paw held up

God’s marionette

A worm surfaces

Do they have eyes?

Blessed be.
