Holistic Health



                                                   Body, mind, and spirit shine bright,
                                                  Performing well, with all their might,
                                            With FOODS consumed that nourish deep,
                                                   Gulping WATER quite well to sleep.

                                                      MOVING LIMBS in a gentle sway,
                                                      Heralds start of a bright new day,
                                                       Exposing oneself to SUNSHINE,
                                                    Confers nature`s health aids in kind.

                                                        Pursuing a TEMPERATE course
                                                    Reins in one`s inner untrained horse,
                                                          Inhaling fresh AIR, nature`s gift,
                                                        Prevents our health running adrift.

                                                            A healthy soul is surely blest
                                                When hard work, coupled with some REST,
                                                          Is allied with full TRUST IN GOD
                                                         And prayers that one needs afford.
