"No rest for the weary, there". Just stress...stress...and more...stress...But, oh the elation when it's over and one can let go of the tension. It would be nice if everyone took at least one Christmas off and just got together with family and friends to help feed others; imagine the psychological and spiritual stress relief that would bring and without any of the usual fuss. Oh well, we humans do have a tendency to overdo everything.

The overdo-ing is going to be the death of us.

So true. So well-described and laid out...Am going to wax philosophic (whatever that means) for a second here: Materialism gone mad will always result in disappointment, as one always ends up wanting more...Time to put the holy into holidays. That works...O.K. I'm off the soapbox now. Happy 2019, Caren. Yours sincerely, Gershon
