Two holding hands
The symbol of caring 
The symbol of life 
The symbol of love
The symbol of I will always be with you
The symbol of taking care of you
The symbol of the family they have raised
The symbol of I am with you when you’re sick
 A universal symbol of feelings

My uncle is very ill in the hospital with pneumonia and his wife that is ill also is holding his hand to comfort him.
