Holding
It is nice to spend time alone
but it is also nice
to spend time
with a warm hand
a warm voice
on your side.
But even when I’m alone
And feeling fine with it
I welcome many minutes
Thinking of your touch
And gentle loving words
And I don’t feel alone.
