Hold On To It
It was given to you and always yours to keep.
Your always suppose to protect it until you take that leap.
Make sure that you’re never in a hurry.
Momma said peer pressure will drive you crazy but not to worry.
Hold on to it because it’s your pride and joy.
Put it away even when you think you’ve found that special boy.
The world can and will be such a cruel place.
Take your time because every thing should be at your pace.
Be aware of those who may want to take it.
I hope you are careful because you never know what you might get.
He might stick around but the majority of them split.
Always be strong and use your common sense.
Nothing is worse then giving up your innocence.
