Hold On
Hold On
Lord you tell me to hold on
You will guide and make me strong
At times it seems me against all
But you hold me up so I shall not fall
Lord mold me as I follow
As you relieve thy pain and sorrow
My mind and soul search for peace
As you deliver me from the beast
I come to you for you are humble and gentle
A comforter to thy mind and soul
My eyes flood the rivers
While at times my body shakes and shivers
Lord deliver me from this evil place
For I am eager to see your face
United in your love and grace
You say hold on my child
Your voice so bold yet mild
I will never leave your side
