Hold Me Up

Hold Me Up
With conscious effort
Getting older
Forgetting, mind wasting
Mind fading and aging
We need a reminder
Vacant thoughts
Write down note
Set your alarm clock
Can’t remember
Be with me when I grow older
Sometimes I have writer's block
Can’t recall
Trying to stay sharp minded
Whatever time we have left
Your the remedy in my life
Hold me up
I’m four years older
Grateful for 20 years
You were always there when I needed you
Take time to enjoy the moment.
