A book that brings us into history, looking at the Catskill Mountains in early days.

Some prominent artists, from that time period and part of the Hudson River School art movement, were Thomas Cole, Frederick Edwin Church and Asher B. Durand.

I grew up in close proximity to those mountains and would travel them on the way to Buffalo to visit family.
