His Presence

I seek to be in the presence
Of the Lord one day
Down by the Cross Roads's
Where the stillness lay
I seek for the Lord night and day
And it is to Thee
Which we might want to pray
For he is next to my heart
                   -
He provides' me with comfort
            Along the way
He is my Soul from deep with-in
And it is to He that I simply
Must say AMEN
                     -
He is my earthly desire
                     -
From so far deep within
He is the creator, The Messiah
     A friend
The very voice from which I depend
Fore He absorbss' all my sins'
And wipe' the tear's away
He touch my Soul in such
A serious' way
And with such avarice
He assumes' the day
He give's solace to my Soul
With-0ut sub-sequential delay

                         GF
