His Intentions Were Not Hers
He declared his intentions; and she was surprised.
She had never thought of him as a suitor.
She tried to let him down easy, but it was hard.
He had poured out his heart.
She decided to introduce him to her cousin.
A woman who had been looking for such a commitment.
He was a terrific guy, and she wanted to help him.
Unfortunately, he did not see it that way.
