His Hair Wasn'T There

Worn out he slept very soundly in his bed
Next morning missing something on his head
He looked in the mirror and it wasn't there
What has happened to his disappearing hair

All his hair gone during his sleep last night
Poor man startled and looked quite a sight
Why should his hair just disappear and go
He scratched his head he would like to know

So off he went to see his neighbour next door
Didn't know about such matters that's for sure
Go to the doctor is what his neighbour did say
With that the man went and was on his way

The doctor prescribed to him a top secret drug
For which the man said thanks and gave a shrug
The secret drug worked after only a few days
His hair now restored and permanently stays

Ah, the frustration and if the solution were only so simple. Fine rhymes. Interesting story.
