His Angel Gives Him Preview Tips

He has cancer and it is not good
But at night things are better
Because they give him strong meds
And the angel comes

She puts him on her lap
And takes him to the stars
Explaining to him what angelhood is like
She is gentle and loving

During the day he is in pain
He gets shots, and he does not understand
But he lives for the night visits
With his angel who will greet him also in heaven

Wow...this is so poignant and comforting. I wonder if Deb had an angel come and visit her. It wouldn't surprise me. She did not share all of her experiences with me on what she called "the greatest journey I'll ever take." I believe it was. She would love the way you portrayed her, Caren. She wore her hair like that when she was in high school. I have a picture.

I am so glad! I felt like she was watching and smiling at the painting as I added color.
