Hip Hip Hooray

Arthritic bones revealed my moans.
My joint broke down; I wore a frown.
Hip wear and tear was hard to bear.
Had my hip done, now I can run.
Go off to gym, to ride and swim.
With exercise, squat down, then rise.
So much to gain, no limp, no pain.
Regained my gait, now walking straight.
Enjoy my life without hip strife!
Yes, I do say Hip Hip Hooray.

this is so great. I just had my own hip repla cement surgery a month ago and I am so happy that I can now walk without a limp. I still need to walk up stairs better and other things, but all in good time. Congrats on your win with this well-written poem.
