Him

I reached out my hand,
Closed my eyes,
Cried for happiness
And He responded

I felt a touch,
A tentative tug,
The hope flowing through my veins,
Electrifying my every sense.

His voice a song,
To which my heart could soar,
His healing kiss closes the open wounds,
His sealing hands caress and repair the broken pieces.

I open my eyes
And pull close my heart’s
Secret wishes and desires,
Now embodied in Him.

Unbidden He came gliding to me,
Like the dawn of a long, cold, dark night.
He came to me in trepidation, heart in his eyes,
Hope in his heart. And I, gave myself

Freely.

I love it, Rebecca. Mystical and seductive.
