Hiding Her Colors

She did her best to hide her colors Her emotions were pronounced They oozed out of her pores Many did not see them She was misunderstood Purposefully misrepresenting herself As a cold fish, so she could select her mate Without being pressured by toads He spied her immediately, Seeing her essence, understanding her mission A rare woman who had a belief in the common good She could not hide her aura from him He read auras.
