Hiding From Your Stare

You brought me up towards the clouds,
When I was down beneath the ground.
Not by words,
Nor by force,
But of that perfect smile, of course.
Those eyes of yours gleaming bright,
Brought me towards you without fright.
And now I stand before you,
Hiding from your stare,
As you look upon me.
I dare not glare,
For fear you do not care,
But soon to my relief,
To which I first disbelieve, I find out you,
Just like me,
Has always loved thee,
Like it was meant to be.
