Feel down
Big frown

Must smile
A while

Have fun
In sun

Sunshine
Feel fine

I am happy and smiling - majority of my footles have been fun just done a deeper one - I tend not to get down - all my tears and sadness came out when dad's terminal cancer diagnosed now i try and be happy and smiling _ i cant change what is going to happen with my parents I just live for each day:-) Hugs Jan xxx
