Hiden behind societys walls

We all fight a silent war
Our hearts and minds feel the ache
Yet we hide behind walls
Try not to break

They say It's not that bad
we have control
Though they don't know
How it hurts my soul

This wasn't our choice
But it's there
A deep angry voice

Whisperings secrets in our ears
Making us anxious
Displaying our fears

Though it may be better now
We need to dampen the stigma
We have to figure out how

Let’s break these walls
Let us breath
Let it all out
Let us grieve

If you see someone down
Lend a hand
We could fight it
If together we stand

Our illness is not a weakness
We must listen to our hearts
Open up
That's where the healing starts

I like the images and the overall assertive message of overcoming what holds us back.
