Look at me, what do you see?
I have the potential to be great.
But I can't do it on my own.
Calling all brushes, I need you.
I want to reach my full potential.
Whose knows I may become a,
Masterpiece on full display.
What I become is all up to you.
Calling all brushes, big and small,
And please don't forget the paint.
Only then will I become complete.

What a lovely personification, Alexis! But I do believe you’re already a masterpiece of your own design and creation... :)

But tools are not enough. You need the muse too. ~~

It’s amazing what the strokes of one’s brushes can do with a blank canvass, same as a poet can work magic o’er a blank sheet of paper with pen and ink, as you have done so here Alexis. A superb write... Belle :-)

Nicely done. You can also do it with meager charcoal pencil and draw with whatever your heart desires.

This is a delightful personification, Alexis. I can also view it as a metaphor, as we try to reach out full potential. ~ Best regards, my friend. // paul

Good one. Marvelous write Alexis. This reminded me of a new born child. Mind a blank canvas, values painted by parents. Thanks once again for your Congratulations. Have a blessed day ahead friend. Take care. Rama
