Hidden Anagram Under My Smile

If I told you I was happy

Would you believe me

And if I said I was worth living

Never second guess me

Though life for me is uneasy

Telling you I'm happy would be good

Only if you understood the damage under the hood

Do you think I'd be better of alive

If so do you know how much I truly strive

Every day the pain grows strong and I feel my heart slowly die
