Hidden

If you could see the heart of me,
These unchartable waters you cannot reach,
Breathing underneath the waves,
The miracles revealed to me in the pain,
Never drowning in my dreams,
It's as if I'm above water and I can still breathe,
And it's almost never what I thought it to be,
My sight becomes clear, my eyes start to see,
Hidden until it rises to the surface,
It's as if the stillness of the water speaks to my heart with purpose,
I can hear the rumble start to rise,
Shaking so fiercely i tremble inside,
Yet I'm still in position, and I can still breathe,
Until I see the wave coming and it's my que to leave,
I've never understood why, I've never questioned,
I fall to my knees in tears, this love never second guesses,
It is so potent, I cannot fight this wind,
It takes me to it, and draws me in,
The storm rages and has its way,
I'm so concentrated, I can't even speak to say,
The words, that are on the tip of my tongue,
They won't come out until it's finished and done,
