Hiccup of the Current Time

She was laughing to see me.
 “You changed a lot!”
Yes, I did. I had to admit.
 We were talking and giggling
 like the good old days.
 We were talking and giggling
 For the good old memories.

She was a character I would prefer to read in the novel
But, She became one of the closest friends of mine
 Maybe something more than that.
The shade I saw in her is like a summertime bubbly fun color
Soothing for eyes, suitable for refreshing
I did not see a lot in her. I had to admit the truth always.

As we were departing, she kept the smile intact
And threatened me, “ You are not bad, so do not try to be one!”
And left me pondering with a naughty giggle
With some hiccup of the current time, maybe.
