Hi

Hi, Whispers he I catch a million colors in his eyes An entire universe of his own As he leans in A whiff of him floats into the air New yet somewhat Smelled like home Something I didn’t think was missing that came back to me Something that pulled me in Like a reflex Like I was born to do this naturally All the time Addicting Giving me a high I never want to get off of I push my hand through his hair Wavy and tangling with my fingers My other hand on the Side of his face Gently I pull the glasses off his face As he looks in me, myself and I With clarity and yearning As he pulled me towards His warmth His hand in mine His heart pitter pattering Underneath my palm Hi, I breathe back Blinking to make sure he was Real and true I blink again for good measure I look up F*ck, I swore As I found myself Alone In my bed Grieving For a memory I’ve never even had
